Our professional partners undertake to respect the returns policy established by Campsider and presented to buyers as follows:
The product has not yet been dispatched
If the package has not yet been dispatched, the buyer may cancel the order and will receive a full refund. Campsider will contact the professional partner within a short period of time to notify them of the cancellation and will automatically put the product back on sale.
The product has been dispatched / has been received
In this case, the return procedure varies according to certain conditions:
| ✅ The following are taken into account when recording a non-conformity |
- Wrong product received or significant difference with the description: different size, very different colour, wrong model, wrong spare parts, etc; - Significant wear and tear: the product is indicated as being ‘as new’ when in fact it shows clear signs of wear and tear (not visible on the advertisement and not specified in the description). ⚠️ Non-conformity must be proven and documented, subject to the opinion of Campsider experts. Any use that does not fall within the Product Use Rate (see below) removes the right to return for non-conformity. |

- The product is received with slight imperfections / differences from the condition initially visible on the original ad; - The product is the wrong size; - Accessories visible on the ad have not been received. |
> In the case of a return for non-conformity
- From the date of contact by Campsider customer service and within 48 hours (working days), the professional partner is obliged to offer a discount on the initial sale price or to finance all or part of the estimate for repair of the product, to avoid the return of the product. If the professional partner does not respond to this request within the time limit set, Campsider reserves the right to validate the discount/repair costs;
- If the purchaser chooses the discount/repair, the cost of the discount/repair will be borne by the professional partner;
- If the purchaser chooses to return the product, the return costs will be borne by the professional partner;
- The buyer has 30 days from receipt of the parcel to request a return;
- If the professional partner is in charge of the shipment, then it undertakes to send a return label to Campsider within 48 hours of contacting customer service;
- The total refund of the order is triggered when the item to be returned is received by the professional partner.
> In the case of a return for right of withdrawal
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the purchaser;
- The buyer has 30 days from receipt of the parcel to request a return;
- If the professional partner is in charge of the shipment, then he/she undertakes to send a return label to Campsider within 48 hours (working days) of the customer service contact being made;
- The total refund of the order (minus the return costs) is triggered when the item to be returned is received by the professional partner.
Rate of use of the product
There is a body of legal literature determining the usage permitted to purchasers with regard to exercising the right of withdrawal. There are two basic conditions in this respect:
- The use or testing of the purchased product is only permitted to the extent that is sufficient to enable it to determine the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the good. This means that the test must be limited to what would be done in a traditional physical shop to check the product.
- If the good has been used more than necessary, the consumer is responsible for the depreciation of the good and will bear the repair costs estimated by the professional partner.
In the event of a problem with the conformity of a product in the context of a return, the partner must inform hello@campsider.com of the request.
