After-sales service is managed by the Campsider platform, which centralizes customer inquiries and provides answers to their questions.
Partner Commitments
Under the contract, the partner undertakes to:
Respond to requests from the Campsider customer service team within an average of 24 hours;
Inform the Campsider customer service team of any refund requests received from customers;
Provide as much information as possible on the progress of each customer issue.
