When a customer places an order in your shop:
- Please verify that you have the item in stock before confirming the order: The more up-to-date your stock is, the more sales you can optimize.
- After confirming the order, please ship the item within 48 hours.
- If you use your own courier, please provide the tracking number no later than 24 hours after shipping the order.
If a buyer has not received a tracking number within 8 days of the order being confirmed, they may cancel their order.
Please ensure that your item is well-packaged. Campsider will not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to insufficient packaging.
