My parcel arrived damaged

In addition, the carrier has a legal obligation to give you the time necessary to unpack the product for inspection.
- Take photos: document the damage to the packaging and the product. This evidence is essential for our teams.

I signed the delivery note without raising any objections. What should I do?
If you did not raise any objections at the time of delivery, contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. However, without evidence, Campsider will unfortunately not be able to guarantee the replacement or repair of the product.
